BIBO Water

Having previously been with Virgin Pure, then Culligan after they brought out the commercial side to Virgin, we couldn't be happier now being with Bibo. The machine itself is brilliant and looks great in the kitchen, and the service was second to none. Milly R was always quick to get back to me and answered any questions perfectly. Delivery of the machine was quick, and the installer Tasha was knowledgeable and very bubbly. Overall, would recommend Bibo to anyone considering getting a water machine.

Love our Bibo water dispenser. Recently something went wrong, and we had to use the kettle, which was awful, while we waited for Lewis to come and do his magic. Could not be without our Bibo, hot or cold water on the go.

Efficient office and lovely engineer. We have two machines which are great, and we receive good service from Bibo. I also like the fact it is the same engineer we get to see each time, which helps with consistency.

The Bibo has made such a difference to our small business. It's efficient, consistent, and such a time saver on waiting for a kettle to boil! The customer service team are always on hand and reply to any queries within hours, not days, and are incredibly helpful. When it did develop a small fault (through our hard water rather than the machine itself!), the service engineer was on hand very quickly and also made sure all our settings were still current for our hours of usage.
