Engineer came for a service and ended up replacing our old machine! Just chatting with the engineer as he was working away and casually mentioned that the machine had dispensed water by itself a couple of times, which we had put down to an electrical surge or something similar, but was told that it was likely to be a known fault from the older machines when starting to fail. Checked his van, and he happened to have a brand new machine on board. Lucky days! Everything is explained well; the engineer is tidy and doesn't mind our dogs fussing around him as, of course, he was there to attend to them :-)
We have had a Bibo machine in our office for 3 years now and have been really happy with it. We initially considered a boiling water tap, but this machine gives us boiling water as well as chilled water and is far less hassle to install. Would definitely recommend :)
You only realise how much you use and enjoy the Bibo when suddenly there's a fault and it's out of action - I missed it so much while I was waiting for the repair. Thankfully, I didn't have to wait too long, and now it's up and running again. Lewis attended and, as always, he was on time, friendly, and efficient. The Bibo machine is excellent, but the service I receive when I need assistance is second to none.
The ordering process was simple, and it was supplied and installed in a week. Tasha was excellent and engaging, discussing positioning and what and how she would install. After a week and a half, safe to say it is proving good. There is an initial new plastic smell about the machine, and the cold water had an initial 'taste', but that is calming down now it's been in use for a while. Thanks
I’ve had my machine for four years plus and really want the thing to work, but within that time, I’ve had countless leaks. The machine turns the water on itself, which it’s just done within the last hour while I was upstairs, and I’ve come down to see the machine overflowing and flooding my kitchen again. Countless parts have been replaced on the machine; it’s even been back to Bibo themselves for a service at around £200. I’m gonna have to look at giving it up because I can’t stand the worry of it flooding my kitchen again.
