From online purchase to installation was so quick and easy to do. The people I spoke to on the phone came across as kind and knowledgeable with no strong accents. The engineer was quick with his installation and explained everything so we could understand. Oh, he made no mess and cleared all the rubbish away.

Customer support is really good, although the engineer visit was a little disappointing. The engineer just walked straight through with boots on our new carpet, never asked if he should take them off. The tap that was fitted under the sink leaked for a full day before us noticing the unit was soaked with everything in it damaged. The guy himself went out of his way to make sure the fitting was complete due to complications, which was a plus. Overall, an ok experience.
