Do not hesitate. Our water from the tap is revolting; we drank squash to disguise the taste. I so wish we had purchased our Bibo years ago. I now drink only water, and I even take bottles from our machine into work so I don’t have to drink the water there!!! Honestly… it’s so good. The installation guy Sam was fantastic; I thought I could only have it by the sink, but the installation guy said I could have it in so many more places around my small kitchen, and he was so professional and quick. 10/10 for me. BIBO responded, as always, quickly to my request for help and were able to send an experienced person to assess and correct a problem with our machine.
The BIBO engineer (Sam) visited Barberry House to attend to our machine, which was leaking water from its base. Sam straightaway found the problem, he had the relevant parts with him in his van, and by the time he had finished servicing, our BIBO machine looked like new. Excellent service as always, and BIBO go above and beyond every time - thank you.
Just a heads up. BIBO no longer has a rental option for domestic customers if you were considering them as a new provider or changing over from a competitor. Not sure why they have taken this path.
We have been using BIBO machines to provide hot and cold water for our employees for the past 4 years and have been really impressed by the product and service. BIBO are always proactive with service visits and reactive with any queries. I would highly recommend BIBO for business and home.
