5* from first contact to leaving the travel clinic. I had contacted my local Abingdon clinic to enquire about the vaccinations needed for my daughter. The receptionist was transactional - and took more time to ensure I knew about the deposit and payment terms than expressing any empathy for my questions or concerns. I’d therefore recommend the time to travel to Marston - simpler process, friendlier staff, and CHEAPER. And their follow up is excellent too!
The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Noha - the Pharmacist was very knowledgeable, kind and absolutely brilliant with my two young children. She made something potentially traumatic for them into something fun and interesting! I travelled from Reading thinking that this was a panic last minute one off, but I wouldn't hesitate to travel to the Marston branch again.
Excellent service by a knowledgeable pharmacist. He was very patient with my 3 nervous children and gave sound and in depth travel advice. I wish I had come here for my own vaccinations.
