I had a really excellent experience at this travel clinic. The pharmacist was knowledgeable and efficient, as well as charming and friendly. The clinic had everything I needed in stock: five inoculations and a less-common anti-malarial. The record-keeping was very thorough, and I was emailed a full statement and a payment receipt even before leaving the shop! I shall definitely return there whenever I need more travel medicine.
Frosts Pharmacy were so helpful with advice and made an appointment for me very quickly, when my doctor and other doctors refused to help as we needed to get a vaccination last minute. Would use every time. Thank you.
The gentleman that saw me today had great customer service and explained everything I needed to know to me before I even asked. He was calm and helpful. I definitely recommend if you are having trouble getting your travel jabs at your GP.
We visited the clinic today as my son is going to Kenya. The professional lady (Rachel) was brilliant with Harvey, she talked him through everything and put his mind at ease as he is not a fan of needles. First class service.
