Attended the Travel Clinic on Old Marston Road today and saw Robert Bradshaw. He was able to administer the Yellow Fever vaccination on the day of assessment as well as advising me about other relevant vaccinations in preparation for my trip to Africa (which could be offered either on the day or at a later date if I wanted to consider them). His assessment and advice was comprehensive and informative. I would recommend the Service and Robert to a friend.
Great first contact, very easy to book. First visit was fine, could have been a friendlier welcome but the member of staff who gave my daughter's vaccine was lovely. I clarified on the visit as I did on the phone when I needed to book the second vaccine, I was assured that calling the week before it was due would be plenty of time. For patients who had already been treated, they always find space! Unfortunately, it all went downhill from there! They were rude and abrupt on the phone and could find an appointment the following week, or the following, or the following. Woodstock Road Pharmacy is just the best though! They did it the day I called, I don’t know why I didn’t think about them in the first place!! I’ve always had great service from them, they always go the extra mile to help source what you need.
I was visiting Oxford and needed to get travel vaccinations fast prior to a journey to India. Walk In Travel Clinic at Marston, Oxford gave me free advice and then carried out a set of vaccinations on the spot. I can't fault them for speed, price and service.
Thank you so much to everyone at the clinic the process was quick and easy and the staff were very helpful. I felt very light headed after my injection and I fainted whilst i was paying. The staff were incredible caught me before i fell and looked after me amazingly. I'm very grateful and think they did an amazing job thank you
