From my first telephone call to walking out of the pharmacy having had my inoculations I can say two main things. This is a 100% professional travel service run and managed by well qualified staff who know their subject inside out. They also understand the customer service angle, there’s no pressure to buy but their advice is based on common sense and a real understanding of what makes people tick and genuine knowledge of the inoculations needed. I have already referred a friend here, this is a growing business based on satisfied service. PS No waiting and no parking issues either.
We had a call to say our appointment had to be rescheduled and Robert could not have been more accommodating as he knew we were travelling some distance. Three days later we went to Frosts Pharmacy and they were able to reorganise the paperwork and Rachel was able to very efficiently give us the immunisations. Thank you.
Wow what an amazing service. I phoned up on Monday in a panic after just booking a last minute holiday not realising we needed to have an injection. They were able to fit us in at such short notice (3 hours after phoning). When we arrived the pharmacist who dealt with us was absolutely brilliant (i'm afraid we didnt get your name - male dark haired with a beard) but you answered all of our questions (and there were many). I only wish you were our local pharmacy. Such a pleasure to deal with and would recommend to everyone.
Very prompt, helpful, professional and pain-free. I was surprised that my arm was not disinfected before the needle was inserted, which is why I have given my experience a 4 and not a 5, though I realise that there may be a good clinical reason for this - but it would have helped to be told why this was not done. However, the nurse did an excellent job, and was very friendly and gave confidence. Thank you.
Excellent Service. Very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend. A far superior service compared to that offered in Boots Chemist / Witney branch. It is well worth the extra miles to travel to this place and it has an added bonus of being able to park outside. Very convenient. I will always be using this service in future.
