Callum Pepper provided copies of your Environmental and Waste Carrier certification in less than 5 minutes with a really useful and helpful call back and copies of the certificates we needed to help set up our EMS. Really great, helpful, friendly service. Well done that man!
Needed our most recent Shred It invoice as we were doing our books ready for the accountant. Looked everywhere through my emails and realised I had inadvertently deleted it. Rang Shred It this afternoon. Steve Broderick took the call, was so pleasant, had to deal with a couple of hiccups re email address, dealt with it all complications. Nothing too much trouble. Found invoice we needed, didn't have to wait long, really helpful and so pleasant, even towards the end of the day in the middle of summer. Thank you
