I spoke to James Green who was very compassionate and empathetic. I felt very comfortable talking about uncomfortable things and he was the main reason I purchased the plan immediately. Unfortunately after I purchased the plan my daughter who has just lost her dad became upset and insisted I cancel. I spoke to Jane and the full amount was back in my account within 3 days.

This is a very important issue, and we have received the best service, and advice, which is what you need when making decisions, in regards to death. As without doubt will happen one day, so having everything sorted makes so much sense.

The whole experience couldn’t have been any more pleasant than what I experienced, they are thoughtful, compassionate, considerate to my needs and very supportive to all the questions I asked. I have taken 2 policy’s with them, 1 for myself and 1 for my mother! I know we’re in safe hands!

I finally plucked up the courage to phone and get some information on pre-paid funerals. I spoke to James who was very patient explained everything to me- he was extremely kind, helpful and very knowledgeable- with his help I went ahead with the plan. I feel that a great weight has been lifted of my shoulders especially knowing my family won’t have all that worry when the time comes. James is a real credit to your team- thank you!
