The best decision I made was when I called Platinum Educational Service to seek help with my university application process. My advisor SAM at the agency was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, reliable, and quick in responding to questions. I wouldn’t recommend platinum services. At first I was very grateful for the assistance but the process was very messy and there was a lot of confusion so I still haven’t even attended a lesson, one month after the start date. They help you get an unconditional offer and after that you’re on your own. After I got my offer I’ve been left high and dry, loads of issues but the university are unwilling to help directly because “platinum services are supposed to help with it.” Now 6 weeks after my unconditional offer I’m going to have to drop out because of Student finance issues and 0 support. Totally crushed my chances and dreams.

Thanks to UK Platinum Services, they've been really helpful and supportive, making sure I didn't miss anything out. Although I was going through unavoidable circumstances, they've managed to guide me all the way through to where I can now study and complete my course with ease.
