Working with Packaging Supplies has been really easy. Nigel has been so helpful and accommodating with our packaging brief that has been updated and changed a number of times. Samples come in really quickly and great quality, we look forward to working with them on more projects.
Never did I expect to be excited by a box but the effort, time and thought that has gone into the design deserves 5 stars from me
We've been ordering our bespoke boxes from Packaging Supplies for quite a few years and we've never been let down. Communication is great, Nigel is very quick at responding and always finds the best solution for what we need. I highly recommend the company.
The goods ordered were delivered in a damaged condition, the packing box had been damaged in two places presumably by the carrier, and left on the door step with no explanation. This has reflected badly on your company.
We are new to this company but the experience has been brilliant, quick responses and updates. Kelly has been one of my sales reps for a few years and when she moved company I followed her, she is great!
