He found a great tenant for me very swiftly and let the house on first viewing. He walked me through every stage so I knew what to do and kept proactively in touch by phone and email to check if I or the prospective tenant needed anything or had any questions. He gave excellent advice and was friendly, personable, helpful, fair and transparent throughout. I'm very grateful indeed.
