I urgently needed a card machine and I didn’t know where to start. I contacted androidepos.co.uk and spoke with Sinem. She was extremely friendly and helpful and got us up and running. Bought 3 items. Waited...waited some more. Emailed. Then emailed the rep that was more interested in their referral link about the status of my order to be told they don't have any stock of the item. Apparently, they have processed a refund but I have not received one nor any email saying one has been processed. Will be giving it until the end of the week before starting chargeback proceedings. I'd check if they actually hold stock of anything before purchasing.
Alan has been so helpful. Very knowledgeable and has really pulled out all the stops. Brilliant service.
