One waits for prescription to be fulfilled that was prescribed DAYS earlier. On the last occasion my wait was 25 minutes!!!
Took the time to explain everything and check our requirements. Vaccinations were administered quickly and painlessly. Would be happy to recommend Frosts Pharmacy travel vaccination service.
Robert Bradshaw was kind, courteous and very professional. He went out of his way to find out exactly what my daughter Lydia needed, as she’d had her initial childhood vaccinations in France. Highly recommend!
Didn’t actually get vaccinated here but not hugely impressed - ironically the WalkInTravelClinic doesn’t in fact accept walk-ins, even in Aug ‘22 so well after pandemic disruption etc. Website bookings broken and nothing obvious to say *Booking Required* etc. Also despite opening hours being listed as 9-6:30pm that’s really just the pharmacy it’s in and they don’t seem to do vaccinations after 4pm which is bit of an issue for people who, say work? Probably great people doing a great job and service etc but have just wasted best part of an hour doing all this so I’ll be a Karen and vent about it online…
As per the name, I just walked in and was seen straight away as there was no one else waiting. They ran through the recommendations and were very open about what could be obtained through the NHS or what their own charges would be - not in the slightest bit pushy to go for theirs. I needed malaria tablets and they worked out the cheapest combination of original brand (can be bought singly) and generic tablets (sold in boxes). Followed up with a general advice leaflet in an email.
