The staff was very kind and honest. The only comment I have is that the building is a little bit difficult to find. And once I was in, I needed a few moments to understand at what floor is the clinic as it was not written in the main hall. Also, toilets are not labeled, so a bit tricky to find (plain white doors). However, I was still very happy with the visit.

I was very scared before going but immediately I got there, the receptionist was very nice, I was reassured, I had the Scan, I was advised, supported and it made my day really happy. It's a very good team there.

The team were lovely and welcoming. Jess the sonographer was super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with ease. I will definitely be returning.

I'm always able to get an appointment at the London City centre, and the results are often sent within the hour. Which has been a godsend in sending to the IVF clinic in Spain. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.

All ran smoothly, easy parking, slight wait to get seen, but recommend.

Lovely experience, we were seen early due to arriving a little before our appointment time, we were made to feel reassured.
