I have a line Infusion (shampoo, conditioner, mask, professional care), Night spa, a series for blondes (shampoo, conditioner, mask and deluxe prime for blondes), shock repair. After finding this brilliant company at Salon International last year! I can honestly say the Air Libre is one of my favourite bleaches! Lovely customer service and Max Borges is definitely the king of Brazilian balayage! The only downside is I wish it was in capital or Sally’s so it would much easier for me to grab when stocking up.
Excellent experience!!! I love truss brand! It’s luxurious it’s my favourite!!! Shampoo leaves hair smell divine, even my husband uses it and keeps repeating its his number1!!! Speedy delivery ! What I really appreciate is ecological packaging as well ? Thank you !!!
I received my amino from Truss and even though the product wasn't sealed it looked genuine (especially the smell). I have started to use it so I'll feedback after seeing the results. After I mentioned to the Customer Service dept that my product wasn't sealed, a very lovely employee, Hannah, replied instantly and offered me a full refund which I declined as I already started to use the product. She then sent me a lovely gift with multiple samples and products, wrapped so nicely.This is definitely the best CS I've experienced so far, so great job Truss for taking care of your staff and customers x
