I needed to add a 2nd Switch (Oled) to my recent Switch Console Insurance with Tinhat and spoke to a very pleasant guy Mohammed who dealt with my enquiry efficiently and added the 2nd Switch within minutes even though the Oled Switch is a new model in the Nintendo Stable...I am happy with the price and safe in the knowledge that my Consoles are covered in case of any Damage! Well recommended ? for Switch Cover!

having previously dealt with Debenhams insurance tinhat are brilliant. They ask to block your phone and proof which is fair. Debenhams said I needed proof of ID, utility bill, passport, proof or usage and ownership and many more hoops resulting in a claim that lasted 3 months!

ooth, efficient, professional customer service from Avtar today when I called to make amendments to my policies. All done in one phone call as he was prepared to wait for accompanying ID documents to arrive by email whilst on the call. He's a credit to you TinHat!! Thanks :)

hat received my claim Saturday as I had a water damaged phone. By Monday they had answered me and given me address to send it to and took my 50 pound excess. Wednesday I sent it recorded delivery. Thursday I had an email that it was irreparable and they'd be sending me a replacement. Friday I had it by 5pm tracked delivery. Brilliant service, no hardship or follow up needed. They have done this in the past as well. I'll definitely stay with them!
