I think the previous review is somewhat harsh as these things do actually happen and I have had similar problems with several different companies, one of the problems of ordering online. I have just received the latest Geemarc headphones (CL7400 OPTI) from TheHelpfulThingsCo and I cannot fault their service including rapid delivery.
