Switch Up Style

This wig is EPIC! I love it! Looked really fabulous under UV lights at the club! Excellent customer service - the team sent my wig ASAP, so it arrived in time for my birthday rave! Beautifully packaged with a card and detailed instructions. I shall definitely purchase more products from this company!

It would be two and a half stars if that were possible. Ordered two items, one short, one long. Delivery was delayed by a week due to mitigating circumstances on the company's behalf, which was fine as they did arrive the day I needed them, so no harm done. One item (short) was great, high quality, and worth the money. The other, not so much; had better off Amazon. Emailed them to ask for support but didn't get a response. Maybe they're still going through their mitigating circumstances, but so am I, and I don't have the capacity to chase up support I need in response to inconsistent levels of quality.

I am in *love* with my DEMI wig. Little did I know what effect this absolute BANGER of a wig would make to my world. Of the three wigs I bought from different companies, my DEMI from Switch Up Style is my absolute fav and waaaay more than I expected for the price. Very, very, very pleased with it. Everyone says I am carrying myself differently when I wear it out, and I feel like a whole new woman. Everything about this whole experience was fire! ??

I received a wig which, although I loved, was cut strangely at the back. I received an instant refund and was sent a replacement immediately. I am delighted with this - they've set the bar with their customer service - it's difficult to find standards as high as this nowadays. Kudos to you!!! Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

WOW... beautiful hair. Just ordered a wig and ponytail from Switch Up Style on a bit of a whim after one of their ads popped up on IG. I am SO impressed with the level of attention to detail, from the packaging to the customer service. I reached out via email with a question about my order, and they literally responded in 5 minutes!!!!!! The actual product itself is beautiful; for synthetic hair, I cannot tell the difference between this and my natural hair. It's so soft and not shiny at all. I will 100% be ordering more products... I am officially now a Switch Up addict!

Had a couple of wigs from here now. Comes in beautiful pink packaging and always such great quality. So soft and just like real hair; looks so natural. Always get comments from people when out about how great my hair is. Customer service is second to none; amazing service from start to finish.
