First of all, I want to say a huge Thank you to Switch Up Style company for the best birthday present ever (17.10 being my birthday). The order came very quick with a very nice note and packed very nicely. The wig is very long, a very nice shade of blond, feels like real hair, minimal shedding, soft, and very easy to brush. I just cut off the lace and I don't even need to glue it down; it just looks so natural and nice. The customer service is 10 out of 10; they are very nice, helpful, and friendly. They keep you informed at all times and will make sure you are happy with your purchase. For a synthetic wig, it is the best wig ever. I am ever so happy and will definitely repurchase.
