Shred It

I approached shred it for a one off job. The person who I dealt with in the first instance didn't actually book the job in, so after a few weeks of them not collecting the shredding I called and spoke to David. He got the correct paperwork over to me to be completed and I made the payment and he gave me a date for the same week for collection. All completed from call to date been offered within 30 minutes. What started as a disappointing experience was quickly and efficiently remedied. Thank you David Tuke.

The person in the Customer Service Team who I spoke to today, was extremely helpful in that he understood my query that our collection had been missed and that we had not been informed about the company re-shuffle which meant change of dates, hence our collection being missed. Arrangements have been placed to collect 5 of our overflow bags. Thank you.

I have spoken to Deborah Blood from the Customer Service Team several times in the past week and she has been very helpful. I was having issues with my local shred it depot and she sorted everything out very quickly.

Have been using this company for the past 14 years. Called Shred-it customer service to request an additional collection. No problem too big to resolve. Shafaqat Shaikh was great from start to finish, and also remembered our last request when we were talking about it. All sorted thank you as always

We had Jamie visit our store today at Hays Travel Bridgend. He came to collect over 50 bags/ boxes of waste from the branch, where it was located on the top floor of a storey building and through the branch to the van. He was very helpful polite and worked really hard to get it all from the store with some bags located in tricky areas. Credit to the company :D

I needed a one off collection of some shredding. They sent me shredding bags and we got to work sorting through everything. They then turned up without any notice. It took so many emails for them to actually turn up when we asked. I was told I wouldn't be charged for the failed collection. They tried to bill me for the failed collection. Then they said it was an error and I would be credited for the amount to clear my account. Then I got a collections email. It's been such a lot of work getting everything sorted. 50+ emails and several phone calls. Just for 1 collection. They seem to have several departments that do not communicate with each other and use separate systems.

Needed our most recent Shred It invoice as we were doing our books ready for the accountant. Looked everywhere through my emails and realised I had inadvertently deleted it. Rang Shred It this afternoon. Steve Broderick took the call, was so pleasant, had to deal with a couple of hiccups re email address, dealt with it all complications. Nothing too much trouble. Found invoice we needed, didn't have to wait long, really helpful and so pleasant, even towards the end of the day in the middle of summer. Thank you

Very good service, easy to book, punctual, took away 18+ from large office clearouts. Even take media files - floppy disc, slides etc
