May I just say a huge thank you to Steve who came in and did our fire extinguisher servicing and commissioning for us. He is a credit to the organisation.

We are a charity that have recently taken on a building and we needed PAT testing. We contacted PTS and we found them helpful from the initial call to the work being done. Excellent customer service and reasonable cost. Will use again.

Martin Morris visited our organisation on the 31.01.2024. He completed our PAT testing and tested our smoke detectors. Martin was very respectful to our service users when completing his checks and tests in the care home. I highly recommend him and we will utilise this company for our other homes in the near future.

We recently had our PA Testing done by Mark Gilliver. Mark was very professional and polite and worked very well with our staff in making sure this was done without any impact to our work. We have been using PTS for our PA Testing and would have no problem recommending this company and look forward to working with PTS in the future.

From booking an appointment to the EICR Survey done on the house everything went as planned. Good work between the office staff and the electrical engineer who did the work. The electrician (Richard) found a fault and rectified it while on site. Fully recommend using PTS Compliance.
