Mark Gilliver attended our service he was very efficient and polite. He took into consideration the nature of the work we do and made every effort not to disrupt staff. The whole process went smoothly.

We have been using PTS for 7 years to carry out our PAT testing. All the staff we have ever dealt with are friendly & professional. Lisa is always really helpful. Nathan carried out our testing today. He, as in previous visits, was very efficient. PTS are a company that can be trusted to do their best for their customers.

Rob from PTS arrived on time and was very thorough and helpful while he was here doing our portable appliance testing. He repaired what he could and highlighted any failures, will use again.

PAT Test - Nathan Abram came to do our yearly PAT Test. Nathan was friendly, cheerful, polite and helpful. The service was carried out with no issues and was done very efficiently and he checked it was ok with all the staff before testing in their area. Would highly recommend him.

Great service, easy to book in and the electrician Tom H was really efficient, professional and happy to answer any queries I had. I had not used PTS Compliance before and found them online for the Banbury area.
