I called and spoke to Craig who couldn't have been more helpful. He quickly arranged a site visit and conducted testing for all our appliances... we'd been putting it off but it was easy, efficient and PTS are lovely to work with.

Very helpful and quick to respond to emails and queries. The engineer went about his work diligently and kept me informed of his working progress. Very polite and respectful. The engineer checked with me the appropriate times to enter all areas of the school building so as not to disturb the working day of the children.

Steve was brilliant, minimal disruption to our work and he was happy to work around us. Also, gave me a lovely pen! Thanks Steve!
