PrimeVR

The VR sessions were really enjoyable for our Year 4 and Year 6 classes. I liked how the older children had to work in teams to compete with each other - this really kept them excited and engaged throughout. We intend on making this a yearly event after how successful we found it! Stuart was brilliant too, communicated everything in a way that made sense in advance to make planning the day straightforward for us.

Stuart came to my school to run workshops with KS2 children. He ran different ones for each year group, based on things they'd studied in science to tie in with our science focus week. The children loved the experience, as did the adults who had the chance to join in. I'm only disappointed that I didn't get the chance to have a turn! Stuart was really helpful before the visit, keeping in touch via email regularly. I would definitely recommend PrimeVR to other schools.

We had PrimeVR come in to deliver their Wonders of the World session with our KS2 children over two days as part of our geography showcase. The children (and staff) were amazed at what they could see right in front of them and Stuart was fantastic at responding to any queries along the booking process.

Prime VR came to our school today, we are an SEN school and the sessions were adapted well for our students' needs. The leader was very approachable and flexible. We experienced animals and the Ocean. Lots of enjoyment but also lots of learning during this time. Students we never thought would tolerate the headsets did and it was AMAZING!! The staff have given lots of positive feedback too.

Oliver and the team visited our school this week and were fantastic! The children experienced life in the trenches and loved every second. The experience was delivered in bubbles, socially distanced, resources were cleaned in between thoroughly and sessions were delivered in a large open space. The risk assessment was thorough, and sent ahead of time so adjustments could be made in line with school risk assessment. All staff were extremely professional throughout - thank you for a fantastic day!

This was such a fantastic workshop. The children were absolutely amazed and thoroughly enjoyed every second. All staff commented on how knowledgeable Anna was and how fantastic she was with the children. She was also very patient with the SEN pupils. I am already arranging to book for them to return next term. Would highly recommend.

The children were awestruck by their Outer Space and Polar Regions workshops with Prime VR. The Year 6 class teachers said it was wonderful to watch the children place the headsets to their eyes and, in unison, exclaim, "Penguins!" Not only did the children have a fantastic experience, it was all done in a covid secure way. The headsets were cleaned with anti-viral wipes between uses and the workshops were delivered in small groups with social distancing between the workshop leader and our adults and children. The VR sessions were thoroughly enjoyed by pupils and staff alike! They helped bring the topics to life whilst enriching children's learning. We have enjoyed workshops with Prime VR for the last two years now. Last week's session on the North and South Poles really brought our topic to life for the year 6s. They were enthralled by the whole experience and the leader, Stuart, had excellent subject knowledge so he was able to build upon what the children had already learnt. This experience will provide an excellent basis for some creative writing we have coming up, which without seeing the polar regions through VR, the children would have found challenging.
