The goods ordered were delivered in a damaged condition, the packing box had been damaged in two places presumably by the carrier, and left on the door step with no explanation. This has reflected badly on your company.

I placed 2 orders, they arrived the next day as promised. The quality is amazing too. I will be ordering all my packaging supplies from you going forward

The customer service is fantastic. Nigel and Jodie always gave polite and helpful replies, nothing seems like too much trouble. The sample packaging I received was immaculate and delivered quickly. When I realised the sample I had asked for didn't quite work, they promptly redesigned the packaging and sent out a new sample without delay. I cannot fault this company and I look forward to working with them again!

I find all staff very helpful and they all go above and beyond to make sure all our needs are met. All products are of a very high standard, deliveries are always on time and all stock is received in perfect condition. I find the Portal very advantageous as I can keep an eye on all our design stock levels on a day to day basis. Last delivery received was 09/11/2022

Quality of the print was great, we did packaging boxes for our food product and the colour vibrancy was great. We had a couple of issues in the delivery but the team were very helpful in sorting everything out quickly.
