I started using the protective shampoo and bio-active conditioner a few months ago. The might seems small bottles last surprisingly long and make my hair divine. It looks healthy, shiny, and clean. It feels amazing, voluminous, and bouncy. I would 100% recommend both products.

You sometimes read reviews online for things that claim to do wonders, but this really works!!! It's expensive, but worth it. Their customer service is also great! Nadiya was a pleasure!

After more than 10 interactions with Oxford Biolabs customer service, I canceled my subscription for Melaniq. Customer Service has been unable to help me update my credit card information. I have not been able to update that information on my own. Their system keeps being unable to save my information. I called my bank, and they tell me it is Oxford Biolabs' system problem.

I've bought the hair styling & thickening hair cream twice. It is very effective with a delicate fruity smell. Delivery was fast within a day. Pity that although it is an Oxford Biolab product, it is manufactured in Germany; why can't we bring it back for manufacture in the UK?

You said you do, except sending me free samples what you said you would (that's a bit disappointing), but the delivery and product very good.

Can't believe these cowboys are still peddling this snake oil. Shame on you. Tried this for two years religiously... no benefit whatsoever. And yes, you'll reply with a standard answer... please, people... Bio Lab's are clever conmen... do they address the known causes of hair loss in men? No... they're peddling vitamins... steer clear.

They warn me about upcoming subscription payment so I can delay or cancel, deliver promptly, TRX2 product does what it says.

I have chosen the Oxford Biolabs Ltd. products as a gift for one of my brothers after reading the product description in the SWISSAIR inflight magazine and the reviews. I was assisted during the purchase by Ivanna with perfect Customer support. I was kept updated about my order till the products were delivered in three (3!) days. I was very satisfied with the Customer service; hopefully, we will have good experiences with the products too. I will be back with our product reviews after 1-2 months of experience with TRX2 and Melanique.
