Friendly service, lots of security ID measures against fraud which at first I thought was a faff, but at least it's very safe, they even paid for my vehicle on Saturday afternoon.

Such a poor experience. I have been without a working car for 178 days. Absolute nightmare and no help until I involved the press! While the company has now (finally) let me out of my agreement - no compensation has been offered. I’ve had to kick and scream to get this far! Not care for impacting my life every single day for 178 days. Outrageous. Oodle I gave you fair warning, I will post a negative review every day until you assess a fair and reasonable compensation settlement for what I have been put through.

What can I say Qassim is a great member of your team and would make a great trainer for your new employees, down to earth not pressuring sorts stuff out as it should be done.
