After placing an order on EBay, I was so satisfied with the prompt service. I did another order, using the discount code, I received with my delivery. After I placed the order a few minutes later I wanted to order another item, I sent an email stating this and was promptly replied back to, with the kind offer of a personalised discount code, which I used. I will NEVER use this company again!!!! The way I was spoken to by two different customer service reps was beyond rude! I had to call them twice because they could not generate a return until a certain date.....totally ridiculous!! Both times I called I was made to feel like I was stupid and all I wanted to do was return the items as they were making me ill! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

We have ordered from this shop many times before on Amazon but now ordering form their website to get better price. There was only once when the order got lost on the way (Royal Mail are the best in that), but it was replaced right away.

I find it odd that you can't buy directly from them on their website, only from Amazon. I also find it odd that all the reviews here on Trustpilot are invited ones. I bought some D3 K2 tablets from them via Amazon. The tablets are small and easy to take but can't tell if they are working without a blood test.

After seeing on Twitter that this shop is on Trustpilot now I did not want to wait to give it 5 star. Great company with very good prices. Will be returning to them for more Tribulus soon.
