Lovely young lady went through everything with me, didn't try to upgrade my wishes like people do ever wear else very pleased with my experience ?

I was given the wrong information on how to pre-pay for the funeral by putting a sum of money up front and taking the rest over 2 years with Funeral Safe. Luckily after thinking it over for 2 days, I rang back and spoke to a different person who, luckily sorted it all out for me. This could have caused me a great deal of stress if I had followed the first advice and cost a lot more money

The person I spoke to was patient. Calm, knowledgeable, understanding, never rushed or made us make a hasty decision. Explained things over if needed. I would recommend this company to anyone.

This is a very important issue, and we have received the best service, and advice, which is what you need when making decisions, in regards to death. As without doubt will happen one day, so having everything sorted makes so much sense.

They arranged everything, and kept in contact with us through the process. They provided a wonderful celebrant to lead the funeral service, and they took all of the worry out of organising such a potentially stressful event. The process was very well explained by George. Everything was gone through in detail, which gave me the confidence to purchase this product. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

I contacted Memoria to discuss a funeral plan and arranged a call back convenient to myself. The call was early and inconvenient so I did not answer and waited for my requested slot. They did not call at the allocated time. They called again later, to which I asked to be contacted at another time convenient to me. This happened again. I decided that I did not want to deal with a funeral company with poor time keeping. However, I continued to be hounded by them with many calls and now I am being bombarded with spam emails, one almost every 30 mins. I will be making a further complaint to the relevant association.

Very friendly, efficient, well informed person answered the phone, answered all my questions, gave me all the information I needed. Would definitely recommend this company. 5 stars
