Great service, couldn't fault them. Had a few queries I needed to speak to them about, and everything was dealt with promptly, and lifted off my shoulders. They kept me regularly updated by phone. A previous undertaker had given me my Mothers Ashes in a plastic 70's sweetie container, so it was lovely to receive from Memoria, a gift bag containing a gift box with my dear friends ashes in, which felt way more appropriate. I spoke to George and he was really kind and helpful. I was sorting out in advance a prepaid direct cremation for my dad. I know it will be hard at the time to deal with this. George talked me through the process and he was really great. I went on to speak to my dad about it, after all it's about him. I contacted Memoria to arrange the prep payment and Stephen was extremely helpful in sorting it out. It was all very easy to sort out. Obviously at this point I can only review the service so far. I am very hopeful that when the time comes I will receive the same excellent service. I would recommend Memoria to anyone.

I can't thank this company enough.... my mum paid for a straight cremation and I can't believe how amazing memoria have been. When my mum passed they did everything my mum wanted from collecting her from the hospital a week after she passed, her cremation a week later and less than 3 weeks after losing her they brought her ashes home .... thank you so much for making the worst time of my life a lot easier with your kindness and dedication xxxx

I spoke to a very professional young lady today who helped me through the process of what I would like when the time came of my passing. I felt at ease with the whole process, anything that I would think that'll help ease the whole family from my departure from this earth wasn't a problem. I was assigned my own personal lady to deal with the care of my husband. Nicki Ewes kept me informed through the whole process, helping with forms and information I needed, I would highly recommend Memoria for the care of your loved ones, they bought comfort to a bad time thank you.

Helpful assistant my mind was made up so quick easy to follow their instructions can't thank them enough... even though I hope not make contact again for at least the next 30 years fingers crossed...
