I can't thank this company enough.... my mum paid for a straight cremation and I can't believe how amazing memoria have been. When my mum passed they did everything my mum wanted from collecting her from the hospital a week after she passed, her cremation a week later and less than 3 weeks after losing her they brought her ashes home .... thank you so much for making the worst time of my life a lot easier with your kindness and dedication xxxx
Great customer service from the first to last step - I could call with the questions during process and I get answer and documents I need it to fly with my father ashes abroad, professional delivery. We want to thank Memoria for handling our Dad's funeral with such professionalism and sensitivity. They guided us through the process and made all of the steps so easy. They arranged everything, and kept in contact with us through the process. They provided a wonderful celebrant to lead the funeral service, and they took all of the worry out of organising such a potentially stressful event. Great service, couldn't fault them. Had a few queries I needed to speak to them about, and everything was dealt with promptly, and lifted off my shoulders. They kept me regularly updated by phone. A previous undertaker had given me my Mothers Ashes in a plastic 70's sweetie container, so it was lovely to receive from Memoria, a gift bag containing a gift box with my dear friends ashes in, which felt way more appropriate.
