Mayfield Clinic

Mayfield Clinic is my Choice always. When you have an ailment, you get apprehensive and seek to quickly see a specialist in that field. Since I came to Oxford in March 2018 as a sponsored overseas researcher, I searched for main hospitals around but also saw Mayfield Clinic. I tried to contact all but got immediate response from Mayfield with an appointment next day. Since then, I stuck here with all family members. Every doctor I have seen gave us full attention, explained every details and gave us specialist treatment. The receptionists are so friendly. The clinic environment is aesthetically pleasing. To keep this standard going requires major work behind the scene. Thank you.

Proof of Recovery from covid - Extremely helpful and efficient service - Mayfield Clinic staff replied to my email queries within minutes and were very helpful. They issued my Proof of Recovery certificate quickly, and it has all the necessary details plus a QR code for further verification if needed. Yet to use it to travel to the US...!

The Mayfield Clinic was very responsive every time I had questions. George, who works at the clinic, was especially efficient at helping me resolve an urgent issue with a test kit during my isolation period. Great service!

Dreadful service. The instructions are all over the place, the print size is minuscule, god help you if you have poor eye sight. For the money they charge I would expect a better quality print out but it looks like an intern did it. One of my swabs was already broken by the time I received it; they NEVER answer their phone. it took over 5 emails to get them to tell me where I could drop my day 5 test because while telling me to look at the info sheet if DID NOT have any info on day 5 testing. Not worth the money, they are useless and unable to properly assist customers.

Brilliant, expensive but so efficient and did exactly as they promised. Test results back the same day within an hour of their schedule time. Fantastic!

The Mayfield clinic were very helpful in initial enquiries when we had complex questions. Once we had all our documentation in place we ordered our proof of recovery certificate on a Sunday, expecting a response the next day. The certificate arrived within 5 minutes. Very impressed.

Not even worth 1 star rating. Paid GBP249.00 for COVID test and release within 24hours, and did not get any response within the allocated period. The service at the test location itself was poor. When you call the Mayfield Clinic number in Oxford there is nobody available to take you call. Terrible service, and very over priced

Fabulous service. Initial email query answered within minutes. Easy process on the online application to request a proof of recovery certificate for my 12 year old son. Something that was impossible to get via my GP or NHS directly! The only last test will be at French Immigration!!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wonderful practice. From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel welcome and at ease by the caring and courteous staff on reception. My son and I both saw Dr Ch'en yesterday, and were very impressed with the way he listened, carefully assessed the problem and then discussed the appropriate course of action with us - patiently explaining everything in detail and answering any other questions which we had. We are very grateful to Dr Ch'en for the excellent quality of service he provided.

Brilliant clinic which I would highly recommend. The doctor I saw was definitely the best doctor I have ever seen, he was extremely lovely and thorough. Cannot fault anything.
