Initially, the results did not meet my expectations. I found it hard to draw useful conclusions from the sheer volume of information. The company offered me a one to one with Alex. It was terrific and better than I had expected. He spent about an hour discussing my needs and helping me to prioritise and understand the results. I am a happy customer. Thank you Alex!

It is great, lots of good information, easy navigation. I purchased long time ago and I am constantly receiving updates regarding new results. Truly recommend for whom wants to know more about themselves, exercises and so on.

FitnessGenes is great. I love this product. I have been receiving insights from my DNA test for over two years. Each one is interesting, helpful, insightful, and well written with practical applications. I enjoy health and fitness. This was an amazing gift from my husband that has just kept giving.

There is simply no back up to this, you get a detailed report that is great but then nothing else apart from trying to sell you more. I have emailed a couple of times re taking on an extra plan but wanted a little more help on specifically what would work for me, surely that is the whole idea of it, to be tailored. I bought a 12-week plan for weight loss but it really isn't helpful just a diary of standard exercises, no explanation, at no point did it say you had to have a gym membership to complete this, I do have one but the exercises make no sense.

This is an edited review - in my first post I was more than a little overwhelmed at the vast amount of information and lack of direction, but the team reached out and offered a video call to help understand the results. Subsequently I am feeling much more positive about it! Thanks Alex Auld for your time and patience, and also for taking on board my initial comments about being overwhelmed with info, and glad that the team are taking steps to improve the user experience. I now feel much better placed to understand the data and feel that it will absolutely help me towards my health goals. Thanks to all the team! (but especially Alex). Excellent customer care.

I've been using Fitness Gene for years. It's helped me to learn more about my body. New layout is easy to use, but sometimes get opposite recommendations depending on trait, so some may get confused. Ex. One trait says high reps low weight is best for me, but to max another it's high reps low weight. Would be helpful to know what's the MOST beneficial though.

Super Interesting stuff. I'd recommend if your curious to see what your DNA holds inside, I particularly enjoyed learning I share a Gene with professional mountain climbers called ACE, explains my lust for mountains! However, there is one problem, there are various genes that indicate contradicting consequences. There's one gene I have that says I have low levels of inflammation and there's another that says I have extremely high. There's a couple examples like this. If you guys could come up with a way of helping us understand these seeming contradictions, that would make it 5 stars!
