Continued advancements and information. I first joined Fitness Genes in 2014. The information they provide is first rate and continues to improve with more advancements as they come out. So even though it's been years, I continue to get new updated information. The workout plans are top notch and definitely work with my DNA rather than against it.

The whole process is simple and non-invasive. The staff are excellent, keeping you informed at every stage. In my case the results were delayed slightly to enable a new, enhanced analysis to be used. I have to say the results were impressive and very detailed, however they were easy to understand. Advice on healthy living and fitness was clear and sensible. I would advise anyone who wants to adjust their lifestyle to a more healthy one to contact FitnessGenes and get started right away.

I found it very easy to upload my DNA file from ancestry and the fitness genes analysis came back within an hour. There is so much information and the structure of presenting the DNA traits, then giving insights and specific relevant actions is a powerful tool. Looking at the information gives me realistic actions. Much of the insight rings true and explains some of my life experiences. This is great as whilst it exposes risks it also gives solid fact-based actions I and potentially my close relatives can take.

I already had my DNA profile to hand from a well-known family history site. So charge from FitnessGenes for analysis of DNA only, was in my view good value. I am a really keen cyclist with a strong science background, so found the insights fascinating and will actively use the tips to aid my training.

I was lucky enough to win a kit at the NEC bike show although I was already interested. Easy to use kit and instructions and results were returned a bit quicker than scheduled. Communication through the process and support after has been outstanding. The results are really extensive and when I was not quite sure where to start processing the information I contacted customer service (Alex). Got a prompt and really helpful response. Had I paid for the kit I would say excellent value for money and would definitely recommend. Thank you FitnessGenes!

The kit and instructions are ok, but the registration process is bordering on the ridiculous. It is far simpler and more helpful with some other suppliers. This firm gives you absolutely no help not even in this review. With everything - even with this review - you can just go and find your reference yourself. Clearly it's set up by people who do not have the imagination at all of how the customer experiences things.

Fitness Genes have taught me so much! I have had an inner knowing about how my body responds to nutrition and fitness, but when I told personal trainers that have worked with me in the past they ignored my requests because they were set on their own programs. After using Fitness Genes I have the ability to prove what I felt AND it changed all my workout programs which helped me be much more successful!
