Summertown office need micromanaging. If they're going to relay an applicants offer to you on your house, ask them if they have checked applicants proof of funds and if they have mortgage agreement in principle in place!

His knowledge and ability to think on his feet and build a great rapport with everyone he meets made the buying process an absolute joy and did way more than the national agent we used.
