BIBO Water

We had a fantastic service visit from Tasha, who serviced both our machines thoroughly. Water tastes better than ever, and staff love the machines. Thank you for all your help!

The Bibo has made such a difference to our small business. It's efficient, consistent, and such a time saver on waiting for a kettle to boil! The customer service team are always on hand and reply to any queries within hours, not days, and are incredibly helpful. When it did develop a small fault (through our hard water rather than the machine itself!), the service engineer was on hand very quickly and also made sure all our settings were still current for our hours of usage. Top service!

You only realise how much you use and enjoy the Bibo when suddenly there's a fault and it's out of action - I missed it so much while I was waiting for the repair. Thankfully, I didn't have to wait too long, and now it's up and running again. Lewis attended and, as always, he was on time, friendly, and efficient. The Bibo machine is excellent, but the service I receive when I need assistance is second to none.

I have had a Bibo machine for over 5 years now, and it's still working great. Any slight issues I have had have been resolved with a quick phone call. Their customer service is faultless, 5 stars. I don't normally give reviews, but felt this company really deserves one. Would have no hesitation to recommend!!!

After having recently moved into a new house in a new area, the whole family could not get on with the new water taste - it was horrid - in EVERYTHING, water, hot drinks & cooking with it. The machine was installed 2 weeks ago, and already this BIBO machine has been a game-changer. We are all so pleased with it (very large family also) and now can't imagine not having it. We are all loving it - totally fabulous and would definitely recommend for anyone considering it. I don't normally do reviews, but credit where credit is due. Thank you. Installation engineer also fabulous - efficient, helpful, and professional. 10 out of 10 from us on all accounts.

Over 6 years ago at ALPS, we bought our first BIBO Classic and immediately loved it. Great for cold water drinks in the hot weather and, of course, tea and coffee anytime; we seem to run the business on tea! 5 years later, we had the original one fully serviced by Tasha from BIBO and bought another BIBO Classic for kitchen #2. When the outside temperatures reached the highest of the year, the original unit's cold chiller unit failed, but Tasha to the rescue once again, and a new piece was installed the next day. Happy staff and great service. Priceless.

The ordering process was simple, and it was supplied and installed in a week. Tasha was excellent and engaging, discussing positioning and what and how she would install. After a week and a half, safe to say it is proving good. There is an initial new plastic smell about the machine, and the cold water had an initial 'taste', but that is calming down now it's been in use for a while. Thanks

Efficient office and lovely engineer. We have two machines which are great, and we receive good service from Bibo. I also like the fact it is the same engineer we get to see each time, which helps with consistency.

We had our BIBO fixed, and the engineer was on time, very polite, and gave us some great maintenance advice.
