BIBO Water

We have been using BIBO machines to provide hot and cold water for our employees for the past 4 years and have been really impressed by the product and service. BIBO are always proactive with service visits and reactive with any queries. I would highly recommend BIBO for business and home.

BIBO responded, as always, quickly to my request for help and were able to send an experienced person to assess and correct a problem with our machine.

Wow, whoever designed these is incompetent. What type of idiot puts a touchpad above where it steams, making it impossible to turn the device off? I've now got kettle water overflowing my sides, scalding my feet, and warping my wooden doors. How the hell you thought this was a safe product is beyond me. Good luck in court.

My partner rang and left a message because there was an issue with the water bar. A member of staff at the company returned his call but couldn't confirm when an engineer would visit. Half an hour later, I received a call from the engineer who asked if there was someone in. I confirmed my partner would be in, and the engineer said he would be with us by 11. He came and, in less than an hour, found the problem and rectified it.

From ordering to installation, the process was seamless. Our engineer, Tash, arrived at the agreed time, installed our unit quickly, and provided an excellent explanation of how to get the most out of our BIBO. Thank you, Rob Brown

From online purchase to installation was so quick and easy to do. The people I spoke to on the phone came across as kind and knowledgeable with no strong accents. The engineer was quick with his installation and explained everything so we could understand. Oh, he made no mess and cleared all the rubbish away.

Customer support is really good, although the engineer visit was a little disappointing. The engineer just walked straight through with boots on our new carpet, never asked if he should take them off. The tap that was fitted under the sink leaked for a full day before us noticing the unit was soaked with everything in it damaged. The guy himself went out of his way to make sure the fitting was complete due to complications, which was a plus. Overall, an ok experience.

Having rented this machine for some time, the filter is now well overdue. I've had a stream of lies from Bibo, and their customer service team don't care. They advertise they're open from 0900; they're not, their staff don't start until 0930. They've made claims my rental is "discounted so they're unable to provide anything further for the ongoing delays" - it's not discounted at all. They promise callbacks that never happen, and once they've got your money, they absolutely couldn't care less.
